Professional Development
As part of a leading international school group, we are committed to providing exceptional training and continuous professional development for all staff at NLCS Hong Kong.
New staff members will have the unique opportunity to attend the Teacher Training Conference hosted by NLCS International at our founding school in London. This induction programme allows new teachers to experience NLCS (UK) firsthand, gaining valuable insight into our ethos, values, teaching practices, and culture before starting their role in Hong Kong. On arrival in Hong Kong there is a thorough in-country induction and a new staff training programme throughout the first term.
Ongoing professional development is a key part of our commitment to staff growth. Our CPD programme is designed to support teachers in refining their skills and advancing within the organisation. Staff Benefits
