Meet the Founding Principal of NLCS Hong Kong

We are delighted to introduce the Founding Principal of NLCS Hong Kong.

We are delighted to introduce the Founding Principal of NLCS Hong Kong. With a wealth of leadership experience and a passion for nurturing excellence, Mr Coll brings both vision and energy to his new role.

Mr Coll is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT) and has spent his career dedicated to empowering students and teachers alike. Prior to his appointment as Founding Principal, he served as Vice Principal (Pastoral) at NLCS Jeju in South Korea where he oversaw academic provision and contributed significantly to the school’s continued success.

Mr Coll believes that a great school is one where students are inspired every day to explore, to be curious and to develop the confidence to achieve their goals. He places great importance on building a warm and inclusive community in which every child feels valued and supported.

As we prepare to open our doors, Mr Coll is looking forward to meeting families, sharing his vision for the school and answering any questions you may have.
